Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

These Event Ticket Terms & Conditions ("Ticket Terms") govern the issuance, use, validation, cancellation, and management of all tickets distributed through the Leaders of Tomorrow Platform.

The objective of these Terms is to ensure:

• Fair access to Club events
• Equal opportunity for participants
• Secure ticket distribution
• Prevention of fraud and abuse
• Efficient event management
• Safe and enjoyable participation

By registering for an event, requesting a ticket, or attending any event organized or co-organized by the Club, you agree to these Ticket Terms.

For the purposes of these Ticket Terms:

• Club means Leaders of Tomorrow.
• Platform means the official Leaders of Tomorrow website and digital services.
• Event means any conference, workshop, seminar, competition, training, meeting, sports activity, volunteer activity, networking session, or other program organized or supported by the Club.
• Participant means an individual registered for an event.
• Ticket means a digital authorization issued through the Platform for attendance at an event.
• QR Code means the unique digital identifier embedded in each ticket for verification at event entry.
• Organizer means the Club or an authorized partner responsible for managing the event.
