Purpose

The Leaders of Tomorrow Club is committed to creating a professional, respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment for all members, volunteers, partners, sponsors, speakers, and participants.

This Code of Conduct establishes the behavioral standards expected from everyone participating in Club activities, whether online or in person.

Every member is expected to contribute positively to the Club's mission of developing future leaders through respect, integrity, teamwork, and responsibility.

The Club welcomes individuals from diverse academic, cultural, linguistic, religious, and social backgrounds.

Every participant has the right to:

Be treated fairly.
Feel safe.

Participate without fear of discrimination or harassment.

Members must:

Professionalism

Professional behavior includes:

Appropriate language.

Appropriate dress for official events where applicable.

Members should remember that they represent the Club whenever participating in official activities.

Members must:

Use Club resources responsibly.

Dishonesty damages trust and may result in disciplinary action.

The Club promotes ethical learning.

Members must not:

Plagiarize.
Cheat.
Submit another person's work as their own.
Misuse AI tools to violate academic rules.
Falsify certificates.
Forge attendance records.

Educational activities should promote genuine learning and skill development.

Leaders within the Club must:

The use of insulting, threatening, or offensive language is prohibited.

Online Conduct

When using the Platform or Club communication channels, members shall not:

Spread misinformation.
Harass others.
Share confidential information.
Impersonate another person.
Upload malicious software.
Disrupt online events.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Spam members.

Members remain responsible for their online behavior.

Club Activities and Events

During activities, participants must:

Follow organizer instructions.
Respect schedules.
Wear identification where required.
Respect venue rules.
Protect Club equipment.
Cooperate with volunteers.
Maintain a positive atmosphere.

Participants may be removed from an event for serious misconduct.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Examples include:

Verbal abuse.
Insults.
Intimidation.
Unwanted physical contact.
Sexual harassment.
Repeated unwanted communication.
Humiliation.
Bullying.
Cyberbullying.
Offensive jokes.
Offensive gestures.

The Club maintains zero tolerance for harassment.

Discrimination based on any protected characteristic is prohibited.

Members must not discriminate based on:

Gender
Age
Nationality
Disability
Language
Religion
Ethnic origin
Socioeconomic background
Academic discipline
Political opinion (during Club activities)

The Club promotes equal opportunity for all participants.

Violence and Threats

The following are strictly prohibited:

Physical violence.
Threats.
Intimidation.
Destruction of property.
Dangerous behavior.
Possession of weapons at Club events, unless legally authorized and appropriate for the event.

Immediate disciplinary action may be taken where safety is threatened.

Personal Conflicts

Members must keep personal disagreements separate from Club activities.

Personal disputes shall not:

Disrupt meetings.
Affect teamwork.
Influence leadership decisions.
Harm the Club's reputation.
Create a hostile environment.

Where necessary, the Executive Board may facilitate mediation or other appropriate conflict-resolution measures.

Confidentiality

Members entrusted with confidential information must protect it.

Confidential information may include:

Membership records.
Personal data.
Financial information.
Partnership discussions.
Sponsorship negotiations.
Internal planning documents.
Administrative credentials.
Security procedures.

Unauthorized disclosure is prohibited.

Responsible Use of Club Resources

Members shall use Club resources responsibly.

Resources include:

Website
Digital Platform
Equipment
Meeting rooms
Documents
Financial resources
Branding
Social media accounts
Email accounts

Resources must not be used for personal commercial gain without authorization.

Media and Public Representation

Only authorized representatives may:

Speak on behalf of the Club.
Issue official statements.
Sign partnership agreements.
Use the Club logo for official publications.
Represent the Club in formal negotiations.

Members should clearly distinguish personal opinions from official Club positions.

Reporting Misconduct

Any participant may report suspected violations of this Code.

Reports should include:

Description of the incident.
Date and time.
Location.
Persons involved.
Supporting evidence, if available.

Reports should be made in good faith.

Knowingly false or malicious reports may themselves constitute misconduct.

Investigation Procedure

When a report is received, the Club may:

Acknowledge receipt of the report.
Conduct a preliminary review.
Gather relevant information.
Interview involved parties where appropriate.
Review evidence.
Reach a fair and impartial decision.
Notify the parties of the outcome, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Investigations will be conducted as promptly and fairly as reasonably possible.

Disciplinary Measures

Violations of this Code may result in one or more of the following measures, depending on the severity and frequency of the misconduct:

Informal guidance or counseling.
Verbal warning.
Written warning.
Mandatory training or corrective action.
Temporary restriction of specific Club privileges.
Removal from a committee or leadership position.
Suspension from Club activities.
Temporary suspension of membership.
Permanent termination of membership.
Exclusion from future events.
Referral to the relevant educational institution or competent authorities where appropriate.

The Club will seek to apply disciplinary measures proportionately and consistently.

Appeals

A member subject to disciplinary action may submit a written appeal within the period specified by the Executive Board.

The appeal should explain:

The decision being challenged.
The reasons for the appeal.
Any additional evidence supporting the request.

The Executive Board or a designated Appeals Committee will review the appeal and issue a final decision in accordance with the Club's governance procedures.

Amendments

The Club may update this Code of Conduct to reflect changes in law, Club operations, or best practices.

Updated versions will be published through the official Platform.

Continued participation in Club activities after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Code.

Acceptance

By creating an account, applying for membership, participating in Club activities, volunteering, attending events, or representing the Leaders of Tomorrow Club in any capacity, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood this Code of Conduct.
You agree to uphold the Club's values and behavioral standards.
You understand that violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership where appropriate.

Electronic acceptance of this Code through the Leaders of Tomorrow Platform shall have the same effect as a handwritten signature, subject to applicable law.
